It's been a very tiring week. It feels like I'm slowly losing my voice because of talking 80% of the time I am in the office. Not that I'm complaining but I can't seem to catch a break!
Everyday, there seemed to be tension between employees, co-employees and bosses. Why can't they just move on? Why can't they give each other a chance? Why can't both parties, forget all their differences and just work together harmoniously, for the company?
Every time, it's the same issue. Don't they get tired of it all? It's becoming a useless exercise.
Why does nobody want to give in? Or, at least meet half-way?
Stop concocting hear-says. Stop the speculations. Stop scrutinizing every move, word or action. Start believing in each other. Start using that passion that was there before but now, has gone. Bring it back!
Just stop the irrelevant things and do your effin' jobs!
Geesh! People. Stop this. It's has all become non-sense!
Anyway, we got some new projects line up. I hope this is another good "bouncing-back" for the company :)
Lastly, I'd like to say THANK YOU to YOU for "keeping me together" :) You deserve a big hug!! ^_^
